We are excited to once again host the cities mixed Touch rugby leagues.
Last summer was a great year of Touch Rugby in Manchester, with over 40 teams competing and we’d love for YOU to be a part of our latest league!
Whether it’s about rediscovering sport or honing your fitness, Touch (Rugby) is a fun and friendly environment for both men and women and juniors of all abilities to get involved.
BURNAGE RFC - SUMMER LEAGUE
Date: Wednesday 6th May - 8th July. (10 weeks) Entry Fee: £350 (less than £3 per player, per week for a team of 12). A deposit of £100 is required to guarantee your teams place. Venue: Burnage RFC (Varley Park, Battersea Rd, Stockport SK4 3EA) Divisions: Mixed Teams Game Times: 19:00, 19:40, 20:20. Each team will play refereed, scheduled games against teams in their division each week, plus possible friendlies which can be organised on the night.
A three weeks break, before the late-summer league.
MANCHESTER MAYHEM - LATE SUMMER LEAGUE
Date: Wednesday 5th August - 2nd September. (Five weeks) Entry Fee: £150 (just £2.50 per player, per week for a team of 10) A deposit of £100 is required to guarantee your teams place. Venue: Burnage RFC (Varley Park, Battersea Rd, Stockport SK4 3EA) Divisions: Mixed Teams Game Times: 19:00, 19:40, 20:20. Each team will play refereed, scheduled games against teams in their division each week, plus possible friendlies which can be organised on the night.
TRAFFORD MV - SUMMER LEAGUE
Date: Monday 4th May - 6th July (10 weeks) Entry Fee: £300 (less than £3 per player, per week for a team of 12) A deposit of £100 is required to guarantee your teams place. Venue: Trafford MV (Finny Bank Rd, Sale M33 6LR) Divisions: Mixed Teams Game Times: 19:00 and 19:45. Each team will play refereed, scheduled games against teams in their division each week, plus possible friendlies which can be organised on the night.
JUNIOR LEAGUE - SUMMER LEAGUE
Date: Wednesday 6th May - 10th June (6 weeks) Entry Fee: £150 (~£2 per player, per week for a team of 12)
A deposit of £100 is required to guarantee your teams place. Venue: Burnage RFC (Varley Park, Battersea Rd, Stockport SK4 3EA)
Divisions: Mixed Teams Game Times: 18:00 and 18:30. Each team will play refereed, scheduled games against teams in their division each week, plus possible friendlies which can be organised on the night.
We have limited spots available for teams this season so would advise you to get entered as soon as you are able to.
